Privacy Policy

1. Data collected or transmitted by the app

The TOIVIS app does not collect or transmit product images, camera images, AI models, inspection history, usage data, or other user data to the operator or an operator-controlled server. No account is required.

The app contains no advertising, user tracking, proprietary analytics SDK, or cloud upload feature. The operator cannot access information stored inside the app.

2. Camera and photo access

The camera is used to capture product images for inspection. Photo access is used only to load images that you select as good samples, a master image, or an inspection image. These images are processed only for inspection purposes.

• TOIVIS does not use the microphone, location, contacts, or advertising identifier.
• TOIVIS does not automatically read your entire photo library.
• You can change camera or photo permission at any time in iOS Settings.

3. On-device processing and storage

Normal-model creation from good samples, ROI alignment, inspection, and heatmap generation run on your device. Product settings, images, AI models, inspection results, and history are stored in the app’s local storage area.

The bundled AI model and RobustAD demo images do not transmit user data to an external service.

4. Exporting and sharing

PDF reports, CSV history, and backup archives are created only when you explicitly choose to export them. You choose the destination through the iOS share sheet.

After export, the file is governed by the terms and privacy policy of the destination or third-party service you select. The operator does not receive, control, or delete exported files. Review the content and destination before sharing.

5. Retention and deletion

Data remains on your device until you delete the relevant data in the app or uninstall the app. Products, images, and inspection history can be deleted using controls in the app. Uninstalling TOIVIS removes data in the app’s storage area in accordance with iOS behavior.

You are responsible for deleting PDFs, CSV files, backups, and copies that you exported outside the app. Because the operator does not hold these files, the operator cannot delete them on your behalf.

6. Disclosure to third parties

The app does not transmit, sell, rent, or disclose user data to the operator or third parties. A file moves to another destination only when you expressly choose that destination through the iOS share sheet.

7. Website delivery logs

The website and app handle data separately. This site is intended to be hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process standard delivery logs—such as IP address, access time, requested URL, and browser information—for security, operation, and troubleshooting. See Vercel’s privacy policy for details.

The TOIVIS operator uses no analytics, advertising, tracking cookies, contact form, external web fonts, or embedded third-party content on this site. External sites linked from this website apply their own policies.

8. Security

Data is stored in the app’s iOS storage area. We recommend using Apple’s device protections, including a passcode, Face ID or Touch ID, and a current iOS version. Protect exported files according to their destination.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the app, applicable requirements, or the way the service is delivered changes. Material changes will be reflected in the date on this page and, when appropriate, announced in the app or on this site.
